New luxury 4* hotel opening in central Bath

We are excited to be working with Ian Springford Architects and Apex Hotels to provide the Building Control services for the construction of a new 4* luxury hotel in central Bath. The existing eight storey office block has been demolished and construction has begun with groundworks underway. The hotel is due to open in 2017 and will contain 177 bedrooms as well as dining, leisure and conference facilities.
